We are 2 families from Croatia and Germany and we live and work in Karlovac. We bought this property together last year in 2021. Since then we enjoy and work on the house and the land, sometimes struggling with our neighbors the beaver families :-)

We take care about everything personally. Actually we built this place for ourselves and we enjoy every single minute we are spending time here. We made everything perfect for us and our kids and friends, so we are sure it will be perfect for you too and you will enjoy your stay as much as we do when we are here.

We speak Croatian, English and German fluently and all other languages with hands and feet;)
